Limited Spots Available: We are keeping the group size intentionally small.
Don't miss this opportunity to transform your leadership and life with cutting-edge science!
What you experince in this workshop:
Designed for women leaders juggling multiple roles and seeking work-life balance, this workshop addresses the burnout crisis among successful leaders opting to leave or downgrade their roles. Learn how to thrive as a leader without succumbing to burnout, whether you're on a personal growth journey or inspiring a team or both.
How Neuroscience of Change for Leaders and Managers Works:
Overcoming Resistance to Change: The nature of the brain's hardwiring to resist change is a central focus. Participants will learn about neuroplasticity—the brain's ability to change—and how to harness it to embrace and implement change successfully.
Neurobic Exercises for a Younger, Healthier Brain: Through neurobic exercises, which are designed to improve brain function, participants will learn methods to architect a brain that retains its youthfulness, has excellent memory capabilities, and can prevent dementia.
Understanding Neurotransmitters and Hormones: A key component of the program is learning about the main neurotransmitters and hormones critical for successful and healthy leadership. The course will guide participants on how to alter these chemical levels throughout the day to maintain success and health.
Neuro-Mind Leadership Essentials:
Understanding the MindOzone Approach: Participants will explore the integration of neuroscience and mindset theories in leadership. This includes how the brain's workings and one's mindset influence leadership abilities and decision-making processes.
Influence of Thoughts and Emotions: Learners will discover the significant impact their thoughts and emotions have on their decision-making and behavior. Importantly, the course will offer strategies to reverse any negative effects, turning them into advantages for effective leadership.
Assessment and Actionable Tools and Techniques:
Practical Neuroscience-Based Strategies: The curriculum emphasizes real-world applications, providing participants with practical strategies rooted in neuroscience to apply in their leadership roles.
Self-Evaluation and Assessments: Tools such as the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Assessment (GAD-7) and the Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) will be used. These are designed to help participants assess levels of depression and anxiety, offering a starting point for personal development.
Overall, this program is designed to equip leaders and managers with a deep understanding of how neuroscience intersects with leadership. By understanding and applying these principles, participants can enhance their leadership effectiveness, navigate change more smoothly, and foster a healthier, more productive workplace environment.
